2. Preliminary (Desk) Estimate
When possible, we provide a preliminary estimate based on photos, videos, and phone conversations. This gives you a general cost range to help decide whether to move forward before an on-site visit.
3. On-Site Estimate
We visit your home to take measurements, review details, and identify any site-specific conditions. This step allows us to eliminate assumptions and prepare an accurate, detailed estimate.
4. Estimate Review & Revisions
If you’d like to adjust the scope, materials, or budget, we revise the estimate clearly and transparently. Any changes are explained so you always understand what’s included.
5. Setting Clear Expectations
Before work begins, we review the scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and communication plan. Our goal is to ensure everything is aligned and there are no surprises.
6. Pre-Construction Planning
We finalize selections, order materials, schedule subcontractors, and prepare the job site. You’ll receive confirmation of the start date and what to expect leading up to it.
7. Construction Start
Work begins on the scheduled date. We take care to protect your home and maintain a clean, organized job site. Our team is focused on professionalism and attention to detail from day one.
8. During Construction
Throughout the project, we monitor quality, coordinate subcontractors, and keep you informed of progress. Any changes are discussed and approved before moving forward.
9. Project Completion
Once work is complete, we walk the project with you to ensure everything meets expectations. Final touch-ups and cleanup are completed promptly.
10. Follow-Up
After the project is complete, we follow up to make sure you’re fully satisfied. We value long-term relationships and are always available for future projects or questions.
